Reports (Mid & Final)
- Problem statement: Clear and high clarity
- Literature survey: Thorough and deep
- Plans: Clear layout of plans going forward
- Writing quality: Overall high-quality writing
- Results (final report only): Sound experimental/empirical results and analysis
Presentations
- Time management: Stay within the assigned time slot (7-9 minutes presentation + 2-3 minutes Q&A)
- Slides clarity: No full pages of text; use bullet points and keywords, high-resolution images, consistent fonts and formatting
- Communication clarity: Speak loudly and confidently with a coherent storytelling flow; be interactive and responsive to the audience
- Novelty (research projects only): How novel the proposed idea is
- Comprehensiveness (research & engineering projects): Coverage of models, data, domains, tasks, baselines, and ablation studies where appropriate
